The weather has warmed and many have seen the ground thaw. Thus it is time to open the Archery Season this Sunday at Willow Brook Park Archery Range on Staten Island at 1pm. There will be loaner gear for anyone who wants to use it.
Willowbrook Park, Eton Place, Staten Island, NY. When you get to Willowbrook Park in Staten Island, go all the way back to the end of the parking lot. That is right next to the archery range.
How I can practice archery in Staten Island?
There is a public archery range on Staten Island in Willowbrook park on Eton place. We are usually there practicing on Sunday afternoons, depending on the weather. We start around 12noon for experienced shooters, and new people are welcome to join us starting at 2pm.
If you don’t want to practice with us and are just asking in general, the range is open after 9am and you need to bring all your own gear including targets.
I’m visiting my aunt in Queens. Any chance of someone living nearby to drive or go on bus? With me, so I can enjoy archery practice with you? I leave the 6th.
