As of this afternoon, @ 3:30 PM , we are still planning to hold Deck the Halls of Valhalla as scheduled tomorrow, Sunday February 22 with a modified schedule to conclude the event earlier in the day and hopefully beat the arrival of accumulating snow.
Class schedules (slots at 11am and 1pm) and bardic plans remain the same, but we will hold court following the classes and then conclude the event early. Doors will still open at 10:00am. If you have preregistered for the event but feel you cannot attend due to the incoming weather conditions, you may email Frank at exchequer@ostgardr.eastkingdom.org for a refund of the fees.
We will monitor the conditions outdoors and the forecasts leading up to the event and during the event – and keep attendees updated if the situation changes. Hopefully this goes without saying, but if you feel you need to leave earlier than 3pm, there’s no judgement.

We are proud to announce the following candidates for the Vice Regency of the Crown Province of Østgarðr!
Here are the next steps and approximate dates for the upcoming events leading to our next Vice Regent(s) reign.
We will have more details both on the website and at the Monthly Commons!
A recording of our recent ethereal “Meet the Candidates” event is now available.
