We are overjoyed to announce that Famous Laird Alasdair Campbell, Lady Rifka ba Shaul and Lord Brandr Aronsson will tempt our palettes on Saturday with a rolling dayboard. On Sunday, Lord Nagashima Ichiro Ujimichi will provide sustenance for all in attendance.

Dayboard Information

  • Dayboard will be served from noon until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday and from 1 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday
  • Dayboard is included with your registration fee.
  • If you have any dietary restrictions or food-related allergies, please let the event coordinators know by August 24, 2022. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee accommodation on the day of the event. The cooks may be reached by email at
  • Further information about ingredients may be requested from the cooks either by email at or by asking the cooks on the day of the event.
  • Watering stations will also be available on site. If you are using your own drinking vessel, please take care not to cross-contaminate the water coolers.
  • Please be sure to bring your own utensils for eating and drinking.
  • Due to site considerations, we are unable to offer dish and utensil clean-up facilities. Please plan accordingly.
