Lady Arnbiorg Niálsdóttir is preparing a wonderful dayboard menu with foods from both Eastern and Western culinary traditions to tempt and satisfy any appetite.

Dayboard Information

  • Dayboard will be served from 1 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
  • Dayboard is included with your registration fee.
  • If you have any dietary restrictions or food-related allergies, please let the event coordinators know by March 18, 2022. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee accommodation on the day of the event.
  • Watering stations will also be available on site. If you are using your own drinking vessel, please take care not to cross-contaminate the water coolers.
  • Please be sure to bring your own utensils for eating and drinking.
  • Due to site considerations, we are unable to offer dish and utensil clean-up facilities. Please plan accordingly.
