Event Registration & Refund Policy
This year, Barleycorn event attendance is capped 450 Attendees Maximum, for each day (Saturday and Sunday). Preregistration is highly advised.
Event Fee Schedule
2-Day Event Fees (Saturday & Sunday)
- Adult, Member: $40
- Adult, Non-Member: $45
- Youth 12 to 17: $15
- Child under 12: free
Saturday Only Event Fees
- Adult, Member: $25
- Adult, Non-Member: $30
- Youth 12 to 17: $10
- Child under 12: free
Sunday Only Event Fees
- Adult, Member: $25

2-Day Family Maximums (Saturday & Sunday)
- $100 for two Adult Members for the weekend ,plus 2 or more youths
- $105 for one Adult Member and one Adult Non-Member for the weekend plus 2 or more youths
- $110 for two Adult Non-Members for the weekend ,plus 2 or more youths
- $60 for one Adult Member for the weekend ,plus 2 or more youths
- $65 for one Adult Non-Member for the weekend ,plus 2 or more youths
Saturday Only Family Maximums
- $65 for two Adult Members for one day ,plus 2 or more youths
- $70 for one Adult Member and one Adult Non-Member for one day ,plus 2 or more youths
- $75 for two Adult Non-Members for one day ,plus 2 or more youths
- $40 for one Adult Member for one day,plus 2 or more youths
- $45 for one Adult Non-Member for one day ,plus 2 or more youths
Sunday Only Family Maximums
- $65 for two Adult Members for one day ,plus 2 or more youths
- $70 for one Adult Member and one Adult Non-Member for one day ,plus 2 or more youths
- $75 for two Adult Non-Members for one day ,plus 2 or more youths
- $40 for one Adult Member for one day,plus 2 or more youths
- $45 for one Adult Non-Member for one day ,plus 2 or more youths
There is a $5 per tent per night fee for all those planning to camp. Camping is available on Saturday & Sunday nights.
Reservations
Reservations may be made by East Kingdom PayPal using the link below, or they may be mailed in. Due to the attendance cap, PayPal registration is highly recommended.

Mail Reservations: When sending reservations by mail please include the following information for each person you are reserving for:
- Legal/mundane name
- SCA name
- SCA member number and proof of membership (if applicable)
- Email address and cell phone number for reservation confirmation, communication and contact tracing
- Specify the day(s) you are reserving for (Saturday, Sunday or 2-Day)

Event Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued if the event does not make a profit.
- Refunds are available, but must be requested via email, text message or letter postmarked to the Event Steward and/or Reservations Clerk at least 48 hours before the event.
- If payment was made using PayPal, PayPal fees will be deducted from any refund issued.
- Extenuating circumstances will be viewed on a case by case basis by the Event Steward.
Camping
On site camping is allowed on Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights. Campers should not arrive before 4 p.m. on Friday. There is a $5 per night fee for each occupied tent (See above)
