We are please to announce that Lord Perez Ben Meir Gershon will craft a hearty dayboard (buffet lunch) for all attending the event.
Dayboard Information
- Dayboard will be served on Saturday, the exact time is forthcoming.
- Dayboard is included with your registration fee.
- If you have any dietary restrictions or food-related allergies, please let the know by August 25, 2023. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee accommodation on the day of the event. The cook may be reached by email at 250329@members.eastkingdom.org
- Further information about ingredients may be requested from the cook either by email at 250329@members.eastkingdom.org or by asking the cooks on the day of the event.
- Watering stations will also be available on site. If you are using your own drinking vessel, please take care not to cross-contaminate the water coolers.
- Please be sure to bring your own utensils for eating and drinking.
- Due to site considerations, we are unable to offer dish and utensil clean-up facilities. Please plan accordingly.
