Vice Regent Polling Extended!

Greetings Ostgardr,

Vice Regent Polling has been extended to April 30th!

As you know, we were short on votes for the Vice Regent polling, so I’ve been working to have new polls sent out. If you filled out this form (https://forms.gle/Mr9MLNvJVXyQmwXh7) and are an active Ostgardr resident, a new poll should have been sent to the email you provided. I will also be reaching out to a few individuals whose membership we were unable to verify.

If you have not received your poll or are unable to locate it, please fill out the form and I will have the Kingdom resend it.

Valhalla Weather Update

As of this afternoon, @ 3:30 PM , we are still planning to hold Deck the Halls of Valhalla as scheduled tomorrow, Sunday February 22 with a modified schedule to conclude the event earlier in the day and hopefully beat the arrival of accumulating snow.

Class schedules (slots at 11am and 1pm) and bardic plans remain the same, but we will hold court following the classes and then conclude the event early. Doors will still open at 10:00am. If you have preregistered for the event but feel you cannot attend due to the incoming weather conditions, you may email Frank at exchequer@ostgardr.eastkingdom.org for a refund of the fees.

We will monitor the conditions outdoors and the forecasts leading up to the event and during the event – and keep attendees updated if the situation changes. Hopefully this goes without saying, but if you feel you need to leave earlier than 3pm, there’s no judgement.

Reading of Dante’s Inferno…or…Ostgardr goes to Hell, Again

Join us as we attend the 32nd annual reading of selections from the Inferno.
We will first meet at 7pm on Thursday April 2, for dinner or light snack before we descend into hell.

This year’s reading will take place in the Cathedral’s Crossing and will have some additional multimedia elements. Selected Cantos will be read by a wide variety of individuals.
